Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We request that you use the product for at least 60 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns. The customer shall pay the return shipping fees and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 weeks.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in 2-3 weeks from receiving the confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].
Replacements
Items are replaced only if they are not working properly and/or cannot be repaired.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please ship your product to us with your name and contact information. Please contact us at [email protected] for more info.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returning the product to us must be done by courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), not by USPS.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
You may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
