You may use isopropyl alcohol wipes or baby wipes to gently clean the outside surfaces.
Also, to prevent the silicone knobby ring cover from becoming loose over time, please periodically remove it from the Palm, gently hand wash it with soap and water, and then allow it to dry before replacing it onto the Palm.
There is no UV or electromagnetic radiation in any of our SunPowerLED products, so you don’t need to worry about EMF while you are working on becoming healthier!
It is best to use our devices with direct skin contact in order to get the most benefit since the light’s energy is partially blocked by clothing. Also, please be cautious of blocking the air vents with any clothing, towels or bedding.
Yes, every Palm device comes with a 1-year warranty. The SuperPalm 1050 and larger products come with a 2-year warranty.
We recommend connecting the Palm in this order: Palm — L-shaped adapter (optional) — cord extender — wall cord with power adapter — wall outlet. This order will help extend the life of the wall/adapter cord and give you more length and freedom to maneuver.
When not in use, we recommend keeping your Palm unit in the convenient travel case that we provided as a complimentary gift. You can also take your Palm Light device with you when you travel, so you can find increased wellness wherever you go!

You may use isopropyl alcohol wipes to clean the metal probe tip with the red tip cover removed. Alternatively, the metal probe tip could be separated from the Palm device and then cleaned with soapy water or boiling water. [The Palm device should never be placed in water.] The probe adapter (the circular plastic plate with 2 holes) may be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol wipes or can go in soapy water, but not boiling water.
